I can't tell you how many times we get asked this question – in casual conversations with friends, at networking events, and by curious clients. The most relevant answer is: the best time to sell is when it supports your lifestyle and goals!
However, there is data that provides a literal answer to this ongoing question...According to research collected and reported by Realtor.com, the week of April 16-22 is expected to have the ideal balance of housing market conditions that favor home sellers, more so than any other week in the year:
"At a national level, this week represents a balanced selection of market conditions that favor sellers. While it does not have the highest price or the lowest time on market, this week offers higher than average prices and lower than average time on markets while also offering a higher than average number of buyers–measured as viewers per listing. While buyers vastly outnumbered sellers in recent years, we expect to see more balance between buyers and sellers in 2023. In more balanced housing market conditions, we expect the benefits of strategically listing during the most seasonally advantageous week to be greater."

New to Sole Sisters? Here's the scoop! Women walkers, jogger, and runners of all ages and abilities are welcome to join in the Sole Sisters Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k on June 3rd! This is more than a one day event though...We train together every Saturday morning at at 8am. Training is held at 11 different locations and is FREE!
We are a sisterhood of women, all different ages, stages, paces, and seasons of life. Every Saturday for four months out of the year, as Sole Sisters, we come together to train, building stronger bodies and even stronger friendships! |
